NBA TV to Televise 107 Games During 2019-20 Regular Season with Double-Digit Appearances by Lakers, Bucks, Clippers, 76ers, Warriors, Rockets, Trail Blazers & Pelicans

Network’s Live Game Schedule to Tip Off with Seven Games in Four Nights Featuring Kia NBA MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo, Kawhi Leonard, Jimmy Butler & Kemba Walker

Network to Present 33 Doubleheaders and Three Tripleheaders During 2019-20 Regular Season

 

NBA TV will televise 107 live games during the 2019-20 regular season with the league’s biggest stars and top new-look teams in action, highlighted by double-digit appearances featuring:

*Los Angeles Lakers with new teammates LeBron James and Anthony Davis
*Milwaukee Bucks with reigning Kia NBA MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo
*LA Clippers with Kawhi Leonard and Paul George
*Houston Rockets with reunited teammates James Harden and Russell Westbrook
*Philadelphia 76ers with NBA All-Stars Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons
*Golden State Warriors with Stephen Curry
*Portland Trail Blazers with Damian Lillard
*New Orleans Pelicans with NBA Draft top pick Zion Williamson

The network will tip off its regular season coverage with a tripleheader on Saturday, Oct. 26, when the Miami Heat and Jimmy Butler visit the Milwaukee Bucks and Antetokounmpo at 5 p.m., followed by the New York Knicks and rookie RJ Barrett hosting the Celtics at 7:30 p.m. The night’s coverage will conclude with the Clippers and Leonard visiting the Phoenix Suns and Devin Booker at 10 p.m.

NBA TV’s first doubleheader of the season – Monday, Oct. 28 – will feature the New Orleans Pelicans and Williamson hosting the defending Western Conference Champion Warriors and Curry at 8 p.m., followed by the Clippers hosting the Charlotte Hornets at 10:30 p.m.

The Lakers and James will host the Memphis Grizzlies and rookie Ja Morant on Tuesday, Oct. 29, at 10:30 p.m., wrapping up eight games in four nights for NBA TV. The Atlanta Hawks and Trae Young visiting Miami will begin the night’s coverage at 7:30 p.m.

NBA TV will feature a special Martin Luther King, Jr. Day telecast on Monday, Jan. 20, with the defending NBA Champion Toronto Raptors and Kyle Lowry visiting the Hawks and Young at 2:30 p.m.

Two games played outside the United States will also air on the network, the NBA Mexico City Games 2019 featuring the San Antonio Spurs and DeMar DeRozan facing the Suns and Booker on Saturday, Dec. 14, at 5 p.m., and the Bucks with Antetokounmpo facing the Hornets and Terry Rozier in the NBA Paris Game 2020 presented by beIN SPORTS on Friday, Jan. 24, at 3 p.m.

Overall, NBA TV will feature 33 doubleheaders and three tripleheaders this season with additional game highlights including:

*Monday, Nov. 4 – the Nets and Irving will host the Pelicans and Williamson at 7:30 p.m., followed by a Western Conference Finals rematch with the Trail Blazers visiting the Warriors at 10:30 p.m.

*Friday, Nov. 8 – Two of the NBA’s top all-around wing players will meet when the Lakers and James host the Heat and Butler at 10:30 p.m.

*Monday, Nov. 18A pair of star-studded Western Conference backcourts will go head-to-head when the Rockets with Harden and Westbrook meet the Trail Blazers with Lillard and C.J. McCollum at 7:30 p.m.

*Monday, Nov. 25 – Rising stars Antetokounmpo and Donovan Mitchell will be in action when the Utah Jazz visit the Bucks at 8 p.m. In the night’s second game, longtime rivals will meet when Oklahoma City and Chris Paul visit the Warriors and Curry at 10:30 p.m.

*Wednesday, Dec. 4 – The Jazz and Mitchell will host the Lakers and James in a meeting of high scoring Western Conference stars at 9 p.m.

*Monday, Dec. 16 – Two of last year’s NBA Awards recipients will face each other when the Dallas Mavericks and Kia NBA Rookie of the Year Luka Doncic visit the Bucks and Kia NBA MVP Antetokounmpo at 8 p.m.

*Tuesday, Dec. 31 – New Year’s Eve will be headlined by a Western Conference meeting between the Denver Nuggets and Nikola Jokic vs. the Rockets at 7 p.m.

*Wednesday, Jan. 1 – The Minnesota Timberwolves, with Karl-Anthony Towns, will visit the Bucks and Antetokounmpo in a New Year’s Day showdown at 8 p.m.

*Thursday, Jan. 2 Blake Griffin will return to STAPLES Center when the Detroit Pistons visit the Clippers at 10:30 p.m. The night’s doubleheader action will tip off with the Warriors at the Timberwolves at 8 p.m.

*Monday, Jan. 27 Two of the NBA’s leading backcourts will compete when the Jazz – led by Mitchell and Mike Conley, Jr. – host the Rockets with Harden and Westbrook at 9 p.m.

*Monday, Feb. 3 – High scoring Eastern Conference guards will face off when the Hawks and Young host the Celtics and Walker at 7:30 p.m. Later, Western Conference foes – Spurs vs. Clippers – will meet at 10:30 p.m.

*Monday, Mar. 23 – The Mavericks, with teammates Doncic and Kristaps Porzingis, will host the Rockets, with Harden and Westbrook, at 8:30 p.m.

*Sunday, Apr. 5 – The network’s second tripleheader will tip off with Magic vs. 76ers at 1 p.m., followed by Raptors vs. Rockets at 7 p.m. and Thunder vs. Lakers at 9:30 p.m.

*Sunday, Apr. 12 – The regular season’s final weekend of coverage will feature a tripleheader – Rockets vs. Spurs at 3:30 p.m., followed by Hawks vs. Bucks at 7 p.m. and Timberwolves vs. Lakers at 9:30 p.m.

*Monday, Apr. 13 – NBA TV will conclude its regular season coverage with a doubleheader – Celtics vs. Pistons at 7 p.m., followed by Trail Blazers vs. Warriors at 10:30 p.m.
