Vendor Application
• Vendors may submit an online application to apply for participation in the show.
• Our aim is to have 40-50 makers at Northside Flea with a good range of items.
• Priority will be given to vendors that align with Building Value’s mission to use recycled or reclaimed materials.
• All vendors must sell hand-crafted items.
• Vendors will be notified no later than August 19. If selected, payment will be due August 30, 2019 (see cost details below).

Cost
• 10' x 10' spaces are available for $50. Vendors may reserve one, two or three spaces.
• Vendors will be responsible to bring all materials needed for display and for their own setups and displays. No tables or display materials are supplied by Northside Flea. Electrical power is not available.

Show Details
• Vendor Set-Up Time is 7:30 am - 9:45 am. Vehicles will not be allowed in the Building Value lot after 9:30 am.
• The Northside Flea will be open to the public from 10 am to 4 pm and will occur rain or shine.
• Vendors must be out of the Building Value property by 5:30 pm.

Show Promotion
• Send emails to our database
• Updates on social media, including Building Value’s Facebook and Instagram
• Post the event to online calendars.
• Spread the word with flyers and postcards in local businesses in Northside and surrounding areas.
• Give crafters tools to promote the show via their website and social media
