IHE-Europe is delighted to announce that the 2020 Connectathon Week will take place in Brussels, 23-27 March.
Brussels, the capital of Belgium, as well as the self-styled capital of Europe, hosts the headquarters of NATO and a number of European Union institutions. It is known throughout the world for its gastronomy as well as for its art, historical and archaeological landmarks, a number being UNESCO World Heritage sites.
The 2020 Connectathon Week venue is the Autoworld Centre that dates from 1880, being built for the 50th anniversary of Belgium’s independence. It is located on the historic Cinquantenaire site, a green oasis within the centre, peppered with monuments and museums. Today Autoworld is a permanent museum dedicated to the history of the automobile with the venue, comprising a vast glass centre supported by metallic structures, mainly used for exhibitions and conferences. Not only is it ideally situated for the Connectathon Week delegates it is perfectly resourced to handle the suite of events in the 2020 Connectathon Week that is attracting an ever-increasing number of attendees.
