The most underrated defender in the Premier League; he has been for some time.

Even during his time at Stoke; Huth was performing better than a lot of people gave him credit for and, this year, the German has just turned it up a notch.

Two goals against Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium forced the press into finally considering Leicester as serious title challengers and, making 26 blocks and 53 interceptions already this term, his defensive solidity has helped the Foxes form their unlikely title challenge.

After scraping past Norwich on Saturday, Leicester became the bookmakers’ favourites for the title once more and Huth’s performances over the next three months will decide how close the trophy gets to the King Power Stadium.
