I have the system and it does not have a aux plug. It does however have a headphone adapter entry point on the right speaker. I have only seen smaller wattage systems that offer the option to directly plug a mp3 player.

I'm not familiar with Mac computers but as long as it has a headphone jack yes they will work with a Mac.

I&#39;m not really sure if a mac is a computer. I just know I have a PC which is a computer and I guess being as it says in the headline that it&#39;s computer speakers then I guess it only works on computers!

I used to have a Cambridge Audio computer speaker system. Ever since then, most systems I have had haven't come close to the quality of the sound. The Logitech Z506 speaker system comes really close. It's clear and loud with seamless range. I would recommend this system.

Great Sound

These speakers take a little while to figure out the placement for your work area but once you have that you can literally eliminate most noise around you.

Great Sound & looks

This is my second set of Logitech speakers and they are just as impressive as the first!! I owned the first pair for almost 10 years before the plug that goes into my laptop finally started to give me problems. I have always used Logitech products! Highly recommend this product for anyone looking for a set of computer speakers!

Excellent Speakers!!

Great price, great sound from these speakers, easy to connect. Sound is better than my home stereo, so now I just use my computer for my all day music while I'm working at home. I would give the overall 10 stars

Just What I Was Looking For!!

After reading many positive reviews I figured this would be a slam dunk and I was right.  Great sound all the way around and I'm hearing those cool sound effects a lot better.  Movies and regular tv sound so much better! The cables were too big to plug into the back of the tv so I had an extra red and white cable that I plugged into the stereo of the subwoofer and then plugged the other end into the red and white audio of the tv and that did the trick!

I was looking for new surround sound speakers to replace my old ones and purchased the Z506s. Got everything hooked up and got no sound out the rear speakers. After doing some troubleshooting, I realized a wire malfunction and fixed it. Now I get sound out of all speakers. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Great Speakers!

After around a week of usage, I can say these are great speakers. The audio coming from the satellites is clear, and it can go very loud. The subwoofer provides deep bass that is also powerful. Another great feature is the surround. I haven't been able to use it because of space restrictions, but I've put the rear speakers behind me and they seem to work. A good place to put the rear speakers if you don't have room is right next to the front ones. These are very good, quality speakers for the price.

High quality for price

Packaging was exceptionally well done being that it was shipped to my home.  Easy breezy set-up.  My last Logitech lasted me 7 years, and it was time for a new system due to the wiring.  You can not go wrong with Logitech!   I am all about sounds/music.  I would highly recommend this item, and take advantage of the suggested Z130 Logitech speakers for added value, and sound.  Both Z506, and Z130 are great products for t.v. game console, lap-top, or computer.  Love them!
