NSFC Conference Registration Form 2016
We are excited to welcome you to the fourth annual NSFC Activist Conference, which will take place Friday, October 14th -Sunday, October 16th, 2016 in Minneapolis, MN!  The conference will be an opportunity for you to meet incredible nursing students and mentors from across the country, learn more about scope of practice issues, obtain clinical skills, and acquire tools for advocacy work.  Please complete the registration form below by September 10th, 2016 to be eligible to attend.    

Registration fees:
- Student: Early Bird (before September 1)= $75, Regular=$100
- NSFC Alumnus/a: Early bird = $80, Regular= $110
- Professional: Early Bird $100, Regular= $130

*Scholarships are available and will be considered on a rolling basis. To apply for a scholarship, please fill out the Scholarship Request section below. Complete the form early to be considered for a scholarship (Please Note: filling out the scholarship request does not guarantee funding). We will get back to you within one to two weeks with more information about your scholarship request. Thank you!
