Description
Join us for a two-hour online celebration of collaboration and co-intelligence,
Fri Jul 15, 3 - 5 pm EST (12 - 2 pm PST)
with Tom Atlee, Rosa Zubizarreta, & Manju Lyn Bazzell
We'll be starting with a report-back from Rosa, who has just returned from the first European Art of Collaboration gathering in Donostia, Spain, where many different "tribes" of process people (facilitators and hosts trained in different modalities) came together to learn from one another and to explore next steps. This included Art of Hosting practitioners, Constellations practitioners, Process Work people, Consensus practitioners, Zegg Forum practitioners, Dragon-Dreaming folks, Possibility Management people, community organizing practitioners, and many more...
In addition, the gathering also brought together leading organizers from various social movements, including permaculture, ecovillages, transition towns, new economy, and new organizations. So it's not just collaboration for collaboration's sake; we are working together toward the Great Turning to a sustainable and just culture.
As Tom points out, "This gathering in Spain has been one of the first strategic efforts to get all these folks together in one room where they can connect with one another, learn from each other, and get back out into the world with far more powerful know-how and connections. This kind of synergy-weaving can make a real difference!"
What might it take, to spark similar kinds of collaborative efforts everywhere? What good news do you have, about collaborative efforts in your geographical area or field of activity, that you may want to share with others? Please join us in this online participatory webinar. In addition to being a fundraiser for the Co-Intelligence Institute, we want our time together to be a spark, helping each of us to deepen and expand our collaborative practices -- starting by appreciating what we are already doing and sharing our dreams and visions with others.
Our conversation will be facilitated by Manju Lyn Bazzell, a good friend and colleague and close associate of the Co-Intelligence Institute. Manju served as a Leadership Consultant for the Convergence Center for Policy Resolution in Washington, D.C., and currently serves as Board Chair of Healthy Democracy, the non-profit that created the Citizens' Initiative Review.
And of course, Tom Atlee will be with us, offering some timely comments from his finely-honed lens of co-intelligence. Here's a link to learn more about Tom and his work. This event is a fundraiser for the Co-Intelligence Institute, a small non-profit organization that supports the creation of just, vibrant, and sustainable cultures by spreading awareness of co-intelligence principles and tools.
Tickets start at $40 base for the Donor level, $60 base for the Sponsor level. Feel free to choose whatever amount you want to contribute beyond that!
There are a limited number of tickets available, so if you'd like to participate, please purchase a ticket now. AND, while this is a fundraiser, we also want it to be accessible. So if the registration fee is beyond your current means, please contact me so we can work something out.
Note: IF you itemize your non-profit contributions and thus need a receipt, please let us know BEFORE you purchase your ticket. You'll need to donate directly to CII instead of buying a ticket here. Important: if you do this, please contact us, to let us know you have done so! Once we've verified your donation, we'll send you a code to sign in for your ticket.
Looking forward to this online gathering of the co-intelligence tribe! ...where part of our purpose, will be to honor and celebrate, the different "tribes" to which each one of us belongs...
