On from 4-9pm in Kings Parade, the event will have a distinct street food feel with a focus on great-tasting barbecued food.
Bathurst’s vignerons will serve up aromatic mulled wine, or why not try a craft beer, crisp cider or chilled glass of bubbly.
Two Heads Brewing owner Greg Hedley invited people to come along and try some Bathurst-brewed craft beer.
“Our beers taste amazing and we’ve got a lot of great feedback from craft beer lovers and non-craft beer lovers,” he said.
Vigneron Mark Renzaglia, from Bathurst’s Three Cobbers, will be serving up blanc de blanc (sparkling chardonnay) from a specially made ice bar during the festival.
