Upper Haight: Share your quality of life concerns with the Fix-It Team

Since May 2016, the Fix-It Team has been at work in neighborhoods throughout the city implementing the Mayor’s Safe & Clean Neighborhoods Promise. The Fix-It Team works in coordination with city agencies to address quality of life concerns that are identified and prioritized by residents. At your neighborhood's kick-off meeting with the Fix-It Team, we will invite you and your neighbors to share your safety and cleanliness concerns along with the location of the concerns.

We also welcome information from residents before the meeting so that we can have a well-rounded understanding of the issues in your neighborhood. If you choose to leave your contact information, we will be able to follow up with you and share the progress of our work in your neighborhood, including the status of your concerns.

Your input, along with 311 and police data will help determine the work we do in your neighborhood. If you have time to share information with us, please review the information and fill out the questions below.
