In June, struggling heroin addict Aeric McCoy returned a purse he found in a Baltimore alley to owner Kaitlyn Smith. Two months later, Smith flew McCoy to Florida for a 28-day stint in rehab. Now, the 36-year-old is on the road to recovery. He's even earning an income with landscaping work.
