In this month's training, we delve into what it takes to motivate team members. In reality, each person is unique, so what motivates them differs. So we’ll learn 10 steps that we can take to be much more successful in motivating our teams. We’ll also look at why it is sometimes extremely difficult to motivate a person and how to overcome those obstacles.
We’ll also be investigating and learning how to deal with very difficult customers. We face them frequently in our day to day work and sometimes (often?) we just don’t handle it well. We’ll learn very specific, concrete steps we can take to handle it better and greatly increase our odds of having a favorable outcome.
