Frequently asked questions
Can i change the font?
Yes you can! If you have a particular font in mind let me know.
Can you print my invites?
Absolutely! Leave it up to me, I'm sure you have plenty on your list of to do's. I work with an amazing print company who always prints to a high standard and paper quality is beautiful.
How long does it take?
For ready to go files: If you have your wording ready to go and don't require any revisions, you will have your digital files within a day or two. But it mainly depends on customer's schedule and speed of decision making, this applies to all files.
How many revisions to the design/layout/wording can i have?
As many as you need, bearing in mind too many design/layout changes that alter the original design too much will be considered a custom design and further charges will apply.
All designs however come with two revisions before any additional charges occur at $15 each.
Do you offer custom design?
Sure do! I love creating custom designs that suit you and your event perfectly. I work with pencil and watercolours to achieve just what you want and love working closely with you to get the best outcome.
Do you supply envelopes?
Yes. I supply A7 sized invite envelopes. White with a long v-flap that is slightly textured.
Do i need envelopes for my Rsvp cards?
No, not with my designs. All rsvp cards are designed as postcards, therefore no need for an extra envelope for you to purchase...savings!
Do you have sample packs?
Yes. I send out generic designs that includes invite, rsvp and envelope. This will show you the size, print and paper quality. Cost is $12 (including postage Australia wide)
