Responsibilities:• Establishing a range of automated marketing campaigns based on various criteria.• Reviewing existing marketing campaigns across the business and automating where appropriate.• Delivering a steady stream of qualified leads for the organization.• Ensuring all platforms within the business communicate with each other to remove discrepancies.• Implementing lead scoring practices to enable higher conversions of quality leads.• Implementation of a marketing automation platform for the business.• Segmenting audiences and optimizing campaigns to increase effectiveness.• Reporting on all campaigns and making changes where necessary.• A/B Testing, measure the performance of campaigns and improve conversion rate consistently.• Optimize the marketing conversion paths.• Optimize lead-to-customer conversion rate.• Managing and optimizing CTAs, landing pages, and lead generation forms.• Collaboration with each team responsible for social media posts, email, and blogging to optimize each conversion path.• Increase the marketing funnel efficiencies.• Select, configure, and implement analytical solutions and events.• Extract reports from multiple sources like IT, operations and customer feedback.Requirements:• Proven work experience as a Digital media specialist• Experience with UI/UX principles• Familiarity with web design and content management systems• Excellent analytical and project management skills• An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Additional qualification in web design or animation is a plus
