Right in the heart of Times Square at the bottom of the Edison Hotel, this is a classic spot redone by the people behind the Tribeca cocktail bar Ward III. The place gets packed with suits (naturally), but this is one of the best spots to drink a cocktail in Midtown.
Gallow Green is the rooftop bar on top of the hotel in Chelsea where Sleep No More takes place, although you don’t have to wear a mask to drink here.
If you’re looking for an English pub in Midtown, The Shakespeare is quite possibly the nicest. Stop by for happy hour.
Hudson Malone is a rare Midtown East pub where you can eat good food and watch sports on TV at the very same time.
The Campbell is a cocktail bar in a historic space in Grand Central, and it's a good spot to grab a drink before your train back to Poughkeepsie.
