Our high profile client is seeking a Project Administrator to provide high level administrative and coordination support to a number of workstreams.
Your daily responsibilities will be:
- Provide diary management for the Workstream managers.
- Organise and coordinate meetings including sending invitations, preparing meeting papers.
- Organise catering (when required) and booking and setting up meeting rooms.
- Provide administrative support for staff in the Workstreams.
- Prepare documents, spreadsheets, presentations, reports and correspondence.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience as a personal or executive assistant, reporting to senior executives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent administrative and time management skills.
- Ability to plan and execute projects.
- Experience with MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel, internet browsers, Adobe Acrobat, and Photoshop.
- High-level attention to detail.
