The Corrie star - expecting her second child with Hoops star Scott Sinclair - sent the kind note to Linzi McCartney on Instagram.
Helen, 27, posted a love heart emoji and wrote: “Ellie is so cute xxx.”
Linzi - who claims the latest tot is the third she’s had with the Celtic ace - replied: “Thanks babe, hope you had a ball in Dubai xxx.”

We told how receptionist Linzi, 26, named the Celtic ace as little Ellie’s dad just minutes after he posted a photo of his new girlfriend online.
The Hoops star, 27, shared his first snap of current love Caitlyn Melville, 25, on Instagram, apparently confirming the pair’s relationship.
But furious Linzi, 26, hit back at Griffiths — who already has four kids by three mums — and named him as the father of her newborn tot Ellie.
She wrote: “Imagine getting your ex pregnant, lying to your new girlfriend about your daughter, then plastering a picture of her in your Instagram.”
We told on Saturday how Linzi was later left fuming after the Celtic star took away the swanky Merc she’d been driving.
We revealed he got a pal to drive the £60,000 4x4 from his ex’s home — just hours after she’d outed him as “dad” of her newborn tot.
Former WAG Linzi revealed she had officially registered three-week-old Ellie’s birth earlier this week.
The tot has Griffiths’ surname and her middle name is Gloria — after the Scotland star’s mum.
Last month Corrie star Helen vowed to deliver her new baby north of the border as a tribute to Parkhead boyfriend Scott, 28.
And the couple — parents to daughter Matilda, two — hinted that wedding bells are also on the cards.
Soap fave Helen said: “We are going to have the baby here in Glasgow.”
