Renée and Cameron's story starts out with Rock Hard drive passion and dissolves when Kelsa comes back to their apartment after forgetting something. You see, Renée is Kelsa's Best Friend from college and Cameron is Kelsa's Twin Brother which is Forbidden Fruit to one another. The brother/sister made a pact after a high school situation happened and never looked back, until Renée stepped in when they met in college.

This book was off the hook crazy good. Wanting someone you know you shouldn’t have, the need, the desire you both have but an agreement between you and your sister to never mess around with her friends again is dangling above your head until that moment when the one you desire plants a kiss on you that ignites a fire deep down inside that you know is going to be nothing but trouble. This is what happens with Cam and Renee, not being able to control yourself and lie to your sister and best friend, but you can’t help yourself and you go for it. One weekend, it’s nothing, no feelings just an agreement between two adults, this will get it out of system, yeah right. What happens when Tom, Renee’s ex is trying to get back into her good graces? Cam can’t handle the thought of any man touching her. Renee is sweet, and a little bit of a push over, always concerned about what others think and it’s time for her to take her life back before she makes any life changing decisions. Mind blowing sex, their story is deliciously steamy, chemistry to die for and keeping their trysts, a secret may come back to literally bite them in the butt. No spoilers here, loved this book and can’t wait for part 2 to find out what happens next for Cam and Renee. I voluntarily reviewed this book.

Really great story! Can be read as a stand alone, but there are a few instances where things happened in Drex and Kelsa's book that are vaguely glossed over here (in my opinion) so if your like me, you'll want to read Dirty Flirting (1&2) so you can grasp more of the big picture. Renee's relationship with her Mom touched my heart. It stirred up feelings that I don't like to think about, its definitely one of those books that you can see yourself in throughout. This author does a remarkable job at drawing you into the story. I'm anxious to read part 2! Cam grew throughout the book, you could definitely see his growth but will it be enough to make him the kind of man that Renee truly deserves? I so want the best for these two, especially Renee!

This is part one of the Bad Candy series but can be read as a standalone. Cam and Renee's chemistry is off the charts but their relationship is off limits. Renee's his sister's best friend and messing with them is taboo. Sexy, steamy and sexual tension that explodes. Secret tryst and lots of drama. Well written with great characters and an entertaining story. I read a reader copy and voluntarily chose to write a review.

This book was so much fun to read! I can't wait to see how it all plays out in part two.
So Cam and Renee live together with his sister.. There's been attraction but neither crossed the line until now.. These two have the sexual tension and know exactly how to use it. Renee has been told what to do and who to date, neither is what she wants. She loves fashion design but wants more.. She wants to design her own stuff. Cam, brings out the passion and frustration in her. He makes her want more in life. These two are fun especially when they are trying to be sneaky.. a few close calls happen of course. I so loved everything in this book!!

Funny, Sexy, and awesome.
Cam and Renee are so dam hot. I love the sexual tension and how they don’t want to hurt Kelso but can’t stop Can’t wait to see what happens. Great characters and storyline. Definitely should pick it up.

Oh man, what a great freaking book. Bad Candy is definitely a must read. I was hooked from the beginning. Cam and Renee have so much sexual tension and the fact that Renée is Cam's sisters best friend made this one heck of a story. They know they shouldn't mess around with each other but that just can't help themselves. This book had the sweetness and sexiness to go with it. I'm definitely excited for part 2.. Job well done Ava Alise!!!

I loved this book so much.

This story is about Renee Espada whom is a 25 year old who lives in New York,,,, she lives with her best friend, Kelsa, also 25 ,,,, she has a bitch of a boss named Mosia who owns Mosia's Women's Fashion Team Eveningwear Department,,, Renee's family is originally from Puerto Rico and now she lives in New York,,,, her bf Kelsa has a twin brother named Cameron and he loves women,,, all kindza women, and sometimes friends of Kelsa, which never works out and Kelsa abd said friend usually part ways because of Cam and he had to promise to her he wouldn't make a move on Renee,,,, and Renee knows that her bf's is a player and it really isn't kosher to date your bf's brother,,,, especially her rwin,,,, no problem,,,,, or, is it,,,, ???

Never disappointing!!!! Bad Candy by Ava Alise is another fantastic, funny and sexy book. Like all the books before by this author I enjoy the quick, effortless story line that keeps me laughing and gets me in the mood all at the same time.
Cameron is Kelsa's twin brother and he was told to stay away from her best friend Renee. Kelsa has lost a friend before due to her brothers actions and do not want this to happen again with Renee. Cameron however cannot get this girl out of his head. They all live together and after Renee shocked him with a passionate kiss, he is out of his mind with lust for her.
Renee, the good girl, has no idea why one night she just went and kissed Cameron, but she liked it and she wants more. Renee is not the type to be spontaneous and to keep secrets yet this is one secret she is willing to keep even from her best friend Kelsa. How will she possibly get more of the guy she craves and not get caught and potentially lose her best friend because of it?
I love the banter and the funny situations that Renee and Cameron find themselves in. The connection between the two is undeniable, the sex is incredible and the long term potential addictive. I also love the secondary characters, Kelsa and Drexal, they are so lovable and quirky!! I definitely recommend reading Dirty Flirting part one and two first and then Bad Candy especially if you like a romantic comedy!!

Wow!! This was my first read from this author and let me tell you..... holy hotness!! I love this type of read, my sisters best friend, but I haven’t read many and so it was very refreshing.
A few aspects of this story was a little off for me such as Kelsa’s job profession... there are times when it’s talked about but we don’t really know what it is until the very end and that was a little annoying. Another one is the part about Kelsa’s boyfriend Drex has an ex of some sort; that whole thing confused the shit out of me and I think could have been better explained. But getting to know Renee and her love her fashion while getting to know Cam.
Parts about Renee really annoyed me and upset me about certain men in her life but Cam also has some annoying and manwhore ways about him I did not like. But the sexual tension between Renee and Cam were off the charts hot as fuck. I can’t wait to see what else happens with these two!!

Will Renee ditch Mitch for a player? Can Cam heed his twins warnings? Oh what a tangled web Renee weaves in this story. Will Renee turn her life around and stand up to her mother, Tom and Mitch? Can Cam stick to his plan to stop flirting with Renee and start looking for his own apartment? Will her lies be her downfall?
A reasonably good read but at times a little rushed, that leaves you thinking you have missed something along the way! But nevertheless I enjoyed the book.

I arrived late to reading this one before release day, but shouldn't have worried that I might not have enough time to get through it. Once I flipped the first few pages I couldn't stop reading!
Best friend's sibling is always an interesting trope. I tend to like it and this story is no exception. The author does a good job of incorporating the guilt associated with having feelings for someone you aren't supposed to, and yet being unable to deny and follow those feelings, regardless of the potential fallout. I never really understand how characters really believe that getting together for a one time deal or just a limited time is going to work - it never does!
Cameron and Renee are an interesting match and the love scenes are top notch. Nothing good ever comes from keeping secrets though, especially big ones, and most especially from your sister or best friend. I'm definitely hating this cliffhanger as we wait for part two!

Arggghhh Ava why, why did you let it stop there haha. Geez I think Ava leaves us with those kind of endings that makes you want to throw thing's lol. This is about Renee who is Kelsa's BFF and roommate and Kelsa's twin brother Cameron who just so happens to live with them their from her Gently Broken series and let's just say thing's get very hot, heavy and steamy with Renee and Cam. I love his way of thinking in the thing's he does in this book. No spoilers here, but you definitely want to check this book out. I think Ava has a heat level in all of her book's of hot to flaming there's no slowing down lol. Which makes for some very interesting read's . I absolutely loved this story if you can't tell and I would say it's a must read, but then that's just my opinion. Don't take my word for it pick it up and find out for yourself.

Bad Candy is full of lust, passion.
Renee has recently been cheated on, by one of the men she thought that maybe was marriage material. Cam is the hot brother of her best friend, Kelsa. Now I love me a good forbidden romance, and this was enjoyable. But it was missing that urgency to want to finish. Renee and Cam have known each other for years, so it’s easy for them to fall into each other. There’s that rush of it being forbidden. His sister made him promise that he would never go for Renee. But you know promises, sometimes they're meant to be broken.
Even though they’ve known each other for years. I was kind of surprised that Renee just jumped in and didn’t make sure he’s been tested. Because based on a previous scene in the book I would be a little worried. But when you’ve been lusting after someone for years, that flies out the window.
Their plan for one night of passion doesn’t last too long. It will be interesting to see what happens in part two.

Even though they’ve known each other for years. I was kind of surprised that Renee just jumped in and didn’t make sure he’s been tested. Because based on a previous scene in the book I would be a little worried. But when you’ve been lusting after someone for years, that flies out the window.
Their plan for one night of passion doesn’t last too long. It will be interesting to see what happens in part two.

Loved this one. Ava did such a great job writing this one. You are introduced to Bella and Cam. These two are roommates but so much more. Cam is her best friend's brother and someone that Bella should not get involved with. Bella is Cam's forbidden candy. Someone that he should stay as far away from as possible. But one kiss changes everything between these two. This was a great well written book from beginning to end. I loved the characters and the chemistry. I cant want to see what is going to happen between these two and the sister best friend in the next one. I am dying to know what is going to happen. Great ending but leaves you wanting so much more.

Cam promised his twin sister he’d never mess around with another one of her friends after a major disaster with a cheerleader/friend in high school. He has kept that promise even though he has wanted his sister’s best friend and roommate since college until the day he and Renee met in the hall and she starts kissing him. Neither wants to hurt their sister/friend but these two can’t keep their hands off each other. Renee has the added pressure of an overbearing mother, a cheating ex boyfriend and a coworker she’s seeing but doesn’t have the guts to break it off with. The only time she feels free is with Cam. The heat level is super high and I can’t wait for Book 2!

Bad Candy by Ava Alise is the first book I have read by her. Let me tell you I went in this blind. When I read the blurb I was brought to wanting to know there story. You have Can and Renee who fall for one another and have this amazing chemistry not only in bed but also outside. One problem only. Cam made a pact with his twin sister... and Renee well, she’s Cams twin sisters best friend, so what happens when you have to lie??? Well you’ll just have to find out. It had its steamy scenes and also wanting to know more so when you get to the end good luck, cause youll be screaming wanting to know more.

Ok I read Dirty Flirting one and two and fell in love with this author! Renee is Kelsa’s best friend and roommate. Kelsa’s twin is temporarily staying with them. Cam is off limits but Renee wants him so bad. Cam is a photographer and somewhat of a player. He promised his twin sister he would stay away from her friends after a disaster in high school. But the temptation is getting stronger and Renee is not making it any easier. This book is hotter than hot! A fantastic book! I can’t wait for the next book!

This a hot quick read. Kelsa and Cameron are brother and sister. They’ve always been close. But a bad thing happened when Cam was 17 years old and slept with Kelsa’s friend and ruined the friendship Kelsa had with her. So they call things that you shouldn’t want bad candy. Now Kelsa has a really great friend named Renee and Cam and Renee want each other but Cam knows she’s bad candy. Will they get together of course but for one weekend only??? It’s great that one weekend to get it out of their system works, right??? You’ve got to read this. Can’t wait for more.

Wow!!! What a great read!!! Cam had sex with a previous best friend of his sister's that did not end well and promised his sister her friends would be off limits. No problems with this until Cam moves in with his sister and her best friend renee. Sparks start flying between cam and renee and it isn't long before they give in and have hot steamy sex. They agreed to the one night and then forget and move on but they find they are unable to stop wanting each other. It does end on a cliffhanger but I cannot wait to read the next book to see what happens.

So hot! Renee and Cam were explosive together! Of course, they really shouldn't be together at all, because Renee is Cam's sister's best friend. But when someone says you can't have something, that just makes you want it more. Renee is the bad candy that Cam can't seem to get enough of, no matter how much he tries to avoid her. Will they be able to get it out of their system with just one weekend, or will they continue to play with fire and risk getting caught? I can't wait for the second book!

This is the first book I have read by this author and definitely can’t wait to read more, especially Bad Candy Part Two. Who knew Bad Candy could be so sweet and downright addicting.
This is a best friends brother romance that will have you on the edge of your seat in anticipation of what will come next. The chemistry between Cam and Renee is sizzling hot and will leave you breathless. I so cannot wait for Part Two to see what happens next.

A classic example of wanting what you are told you can’t have.
I found this book to be very good. There is some fantastic chemistry between Renee and Cameron! The forbidden is always exciting.
This book also had a great story and some previous history as to why Cam is NOT allowed to date his sisters friend(s). But sometimes it can’t be helped and you can’t stop who you fall in love with.
It is an easy read, hard to put down.
