Hazelnut Bastille, a title that is currently in development, is a pixel art top-down adventure, referencing its design and mechanics from various 90’s classics. Fans of the original Zelda titles may want to keep an eye out on the development for this game as the developer has stated that a Switch port is looking fairly likely. We’ll keep you posted if Aloft Studios make an official announcement, but for now, you can view the short gameplay clip below.

Thank you to ContraNetwork for the news tip!
I know I would pick this up if it hits the Switch!
I wonder if Nintendo would allow this game in the Switch? looks too similar to A Link to the Past.
The Switch already has a couple of Zelda clones like Elliot Quest or Ittle Dew 2+ so it shouldn’t be a problem
You’re right, I completely forgot about Ittle Dew. Thanks for clarifying my doubts.
This games looks really pretty.
I wish there was a male protagonist option. Just Saiyan.
A saiyan male protagonist might be a little over powered.
Just sayin’
It’s called a Link to the Past
And I already beat it, years ago.
We shall greatly appreciate this addition.
There sure are a lot of Zelda inspired games.
There is also a lot of LotR inspired shows and movies. Zelda is one of those series that other games tend to strive for, a standard of quality so to speak.
