ROCK legends The Rolling Stones are poised to announce a spectacular Scots summer gig.
The veteran band is expected to reveal tomorrow that they’ll hit the stage at Murrayfield stadium in Edinburgh on June 9.
A billboard emblazoned with the words “No Stopping” was put up in Leith last week and is believed to be a teaser for their 2018 European tour.
The rumour was fuelled last week when the band tweeted: “No stopping!”

And a source at the home of Scottish rugby said the Stones are expected to make an official announcement about the gig.
The insider said: “It’s being kept under wraps but we’ve heard that it will be June 9.
“It’ll be the hottest ticket in town — even bigger than the rugby.”
The Stones last performed in Scotland in 2006 when they played Hampden Stadium on the A Bigger Bang tour.
Their last Murrayfield gig was in 1999.

Fans were left disappointed when the group did a European tour last year but didn’t include any UK dates.
Frontman Mick Jagger, 74, revealed to The Scottish Sun last year that they were planning to perform in Britain.
A Murrayfield spokesperson could not confirm whether the Edinburgh gig is about to be announced.
