For the last twelve months, we've all been wondering what would happen to Tekashi 6ix9ine. The rainbow-haired Brooklynite was arrested in relation to the Nine Trey Blood gang takedown for drugs, guns, organised crime, shootings, robberies, and more. Directly after his arrest, the rapper, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, began cooperating with the feds, informing them of all that went down during his time with the gang.

With reports coming out that 6ix9ine would be given time served, today, we found out that wasn’t the case.

The judge presiding over the case has told Hernandez he will not be going home today. Instead, Tekashi 6ix9ine has been sentenced to 2 years in prison, 5 years of supervised release.
