In Partnership with Union County Performing Arts Center and Rahway Dance Theatre in presenting the first annual Dance Union Festival on March 16-18, 2018 – a celebration featuring the unique and diverse dance community across Union County.
This is the kick-off event that will give Carolyn Dorfman Dance and the other Dance Union participants an opportunity to formally thank the Union County Freeholders for their support and to give the attendees an “insiders look” into the art, artists, and process of the inaugural performance.
The reception is free and open to Union County residents, space is limited so you must RSVP.
This arts program is made possible in part by a HEART (History, Education, Arts Reaching Thousands) Grant from the Union County Board of Chosen Freeholders. Dance Union is also supported, in part, by the Union County Performing Arts Center and Rahway Dance Theatre.

Touring nationally and internationally, Carolyn Dorfman Dance appears at major theaters, festivals, universities, museums/galleries and other non-traditional performance venues.
Carolyn Dorfman Dance presents immersive performance and teaching residencies that take the company into diverse communities to share art and process, creating experiences that build connection, understanding and inspire positive social change.
