Honestly? My favorite fast food meal is the one I don't get; I'll get in my car, usually from work, and be like "Damn I'm hungry" and make the mistake of driving to a Jack in the Box or McDonalds. But I've been working on my self-control, so more often than not I will be like "NOPE!" and turn around. Feels really good, because once I do that I am very pleased with myself, remember that I would probably overorder and overeat, and feel way too full and gross.
But, to answer the question, I favor Jack in the Box for their menu selection, breakfast all day, lame tacos that are nonetheless tasty, and so forth.
I'm a sucker for a really good deli sandwich, especially grinders if I can find them, if that counts as "fast food" (though honestly I have an problem calling a sandwich fast food). Big fan of a capicolla sandwich on a soft roll with lettuce, tomato, onion, pepperoncini, provolone, and oil and vinegar.

Here? Any Boston Market meal.
Overseas? A bento meal in Japan. Too bad many of the younger folks there have taken to McDonalds and pizzas.
I lived off bento meals whenever I visited Japan.
Japan has great quick food, street food, etc that does not necessarily qualify it as "fast food" in the Western sense. I'm a big fan of those rice cakes they wrap in nori, forgot the name. Sometimes they put a piece of salmon or some other protein in there, too. But they're great, quick, and really satisfying. Bento meals are great, good selection in there.
