This story just got insane. Insanely good? Yes. But also insanely insane!
Sabrina was still learning about who and what she was. This young woman had been victimized in some of the most horrific of ways. Now free to live her life, she in no way is enjoying her freedom. She's constantly scared that her life will be stolen right from under her. And when Chase makes it back into her life, she's not ready. Chase wants to conquer her, protect her, fight for her, but she's beyond resistant. She's afraid and when you're afraid of the unknown, it's hard to let someone else convince you to trust them with your fears.
With forces out to get their hands on her, Sabrina cannot be left unprotected. Luckily she's got Chase and crew of merry men to save the day. Again. But what does that mean for the potential future of Chase and Sabrina?
Seriously, this story was all over the place and got downright freaky and I liked it! Chase's character went through a transformation that I wasn't expecting, but somehow it didn't change the way I felt about him. I still admired him even though I was confused by his proclivity for the Brotherhood's activities.
So this story was incredibly hot, incredibly dramatic, and incredibly fun in the worst of ways. I can't wait to see how Sabrina grows into her half-immortal life and how she comes to accept all that it entails.

Master Of My Heart (Finding Sabrina Book 2)
Wow. The author just pushed me and my morals. I will be vague and probably all over the place since I just finished the book, so I apologize if I am. My emotions may be everywhere,
Dark Romance is my favorite trope, the darker, the better, and I want the author to push my limits and question my morals. It has only happened a few times. So I welcome and embrace it when it happens. The author did that to be in The Life Of Anna. So when I saw the author had a new series and book three and the final book in the series was coming out, sign me up, I am ready to fall down the dark hole. I knew going in the book this is not as dark as Anna’s; trust me, I was still nervous going in. On my dark scale, it's between black to pitch black.
I suggest if you're interested in this series, keep an open mind, go in blind and brace yourself. Think outside the normal. I mean, what is normal anyway? If you want normal, and it's okay if you do, this is not for you.
Pay attention to all the details; at times, the characters are confused, and you will too. Sabrina is my hero, and I am in complete awe of her strength, along with her being naive at times. I wanted to yell at her so many times and stab the villain over and over again. Along with other violent thoughts that came to my mind, He was so close but so far away, being the puppet master. Chase is so patient and kind. You can't help but fall in love with him. The build-up in the book killed me. It had to do more with me; I needed to know what happened asap. But everything fell into place as it should have. The ending killed me, as I need more. So I will be sitting on the edge of my chair, bouncing, fidgeting, trying to wait patiently for the final book.

Give me book 3 already!!! The wait is gonna kill me.
Master of My Heart is the second book in The Finding Sabrina Series. Hidden in plain sight, this world coincides with the real world, a powerful organization that pulls all the strings. I'm fascinated with all the mystery and secrets. I'm itching for more insight about the Immortals too.
Sabrina is pulled in every direction in this book. Happiness seems elusive, at every turn tragedy awaits. I felt in awe of some of her choices, bred to be a slave, Sabrina battles between what life would be like to let go of the normal and escape all preconceived notions. I loved her strong will at times, and yet, I wanted to scream at her at other times. The build-up, God, I can't handle much more, when things actually fall into place, I'm going scream at the top of my lungs.
An eye opening adventure into the unknown awaits Sabrina and I'm eager for more. So many questions and not enough answers. I held my kindle in a death grip for most of this book. Who is Master? What's the ultimate goal? I'm dying for the next book. If you love unconvential twisted reads, this is a must read. Even though this has supernatural beings, I'd still recommend to non-paranormal readers, the setting is easy to adapt to and the characters are so unlike any others. Dark & Kinky is their name, ruling the world is their game. You gotta set normal aside and enjoy this ride.

WOW! I love this series. I'm not big on paranormal books, and I'm not sure that this book is classified as paranormal, but it kinda has that feel to me. But, that being said I'm really enjoying Sabrina's story. I cant wait to see what happens next.

Sabrina…the young ballerina that just wants to be a ‘normal’ person. This unfortunately is not in the stars for her. Born a Koriathanati she is a very dangerous woman. She has strengths, strong sexual desires far from being a ‘normal’ woman.
Chase fell in love way back the first time he met Sabrina. Disappearing from his life for years, will he ever get her back? How in the world can he not find her?
This story just keeps going on…you are pulled in like the forces that are after Sabrina!

As this is book two in the Finding Sabrina series I highly recommend you read book one Master of My Body.
I’m wary about writing much about the storyline as it’s book two in a four part series and I don’t want to spoil it for anyone.
My heart broke for Sabrina. She’s a ballerina and just wants to have a normal life. Sadly it’s not meant to be.
I re read book one before I read this as it’s just so good. This is a brilliant read. It’s so dark and twisted. I can’t wait to read more of this story. I absolutely loved it.

Dark, twisted and totally had me gripped and sucked into the story from start to finish.
Lots of old characters (Immortals) popping up from Life of Anna who were nice to hear and also lots of new and exciting ones.
Marissa weaves such an intense emotional story. My heart went out to Sabrina.
I am so looking forward to book 3 because I think it will be even more darker, twisted and depraved but with hopefully a love story along the way for Sabrina and Chase.
I love everything Marissa writes and hope the waits not too long for book 3.
Who is The Master of her Heart? hmmmm I wonder!!!

Inappropriately enjoyable.
No one does depraved sex scenes quite like Marissa. She writes without trepidation and brings you the story barring any reservation. Her characters are always powerful and reinforce the plot foundation of her stories.
In MoMH every demented boundary and deranged line is crossed in this story! The level of cruelty that Sabrina endures is beyond fathomable. Her one true saving grace is her connection and love for Chase.
The feeling of SADISTIC dark evil comes alive as the tale unfolds and Master makes his presence known. He knows of Sabrina’s special qualities and I don’t think he is ready to relinquish his sovereignty over her body.
BE WARNED - I am truly advising those that do not have the cajones to sustain such immoral, unpleasant malevolent subject matter to take heed. This book contains distressing and tragic scenes.

~~I received a free copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Reads ~~
This is the second book in the series, and you most definitely need to read them in order. Even better read the Life of Anna books first - but do it in a brightly lit room, because the dark, oh the dark invades ones very soul. I had to take many frequent breaks whilst reading this book. I think it is because Life of Anna was significantly more overtly paranormal, the terrible was part of the unreal, but here it feels much more awful - or maybe I am just more sensitive than usual. But really, sunshine, reminders that this is not real, and a few sanity breaks might be wise!
Somehow I spent the whole time I read this on a knife's edge. I am still a few hours after finishing it, still there. So much depravity and awful treatment of Sabrina just ... wrong. I feel that Marissa Honeycutt got us so deep inside the bad that I am not sure it will be easy to ever forget it. Oh, so dark. I really can't give you more than the warning above, but a reassurance that there is some goodness to be found, and clung to as well. Particularly the early parts where Jayson and Liz provide her with some normal, and then the confusion Chase's return causes. He is not exactly what I was expecting.
Be warned, absolutely NOT for the faint-hearted (or possibly even the normal-hearted, like me) but an amazing second installment.

This is a four book series and this is book two, you must read book one to fully understand the story. If you have read this author ’s very first series The Life of Anna you will know that her books are not all hearts flowers these are Dark reads.
Once again, Marissa has my emotions all over the place; she knows how to get you hooked on her words. This series is starting to blow me away. This author always has a great storyline and it has you guessing until the final book. It keeps you on the edge of your seat leaving you wanting more and more.
I do love this author writing she knows how to make you feel like you are right there with these characters so much depth too them. We meet some new characters too. Some you will like others not so much.
I do not want to say much about the book, just know that in this book we learn more about Chase I really liking Chase he is close to me liking him more than Alex but just not yet. Lots of action in this book a lot happens.
I loved Sabrina in this one. but my heart broke for her. I do love this author writing she knows how to make you feel like you are right there with these characters so much depth to them.
These books are dark and twisted if you cannot handle these then this book is not for you. However, if you Love dark and twisted this book is defiantly for you.
Bring on book three cannot wait.

This follows on right where book 1 ended and if you thought that ending was torture you ain't seen nothing yet!
Sabrina goes through so much in this. Not only does she have to deal with what happened at the end of book one she's also trying to understand who and what she is as well as dealing with her feelings for Chase and wondering whether, after all the time they've spent apart, he'll still want her.
I have so much more I WANT to say but can't as it'd be a spoiler filled review so what I will say is this ~ This story was absolutely brilliantly written, the characters, even the bad guys, really well developed and the story line was AMAZING!!
I'm now in desperate need for book 3 !!!

OMG now this book has delved deeper into the brotherhood and the world I missed so much. Sabrina is caught in a crazy game of cat and mouse with Her Master. When will he strike and will Sabrina fine love.....Can't wait to find out.

Book 1 left us hanging as Sabrina was kidnapped by an Immortal working on the side of evil. This is book 2 in a 4 book series and picks right up were the first one ended.
This author is a master at dark, evil and twisted stories and this one is no different. Told in the 3rd person POV we follow Sabrina as she is introduced to the world of Immortals, Elders and The Brotherhood. A world she knows absolutely nothing about but is set to become a big part of as she is much more special than she realises. Unfortunately it's the evil side of this world that gets their hands on Sabrina first and she has to suffer some of the most grueling torture imaginable.
Hope does shine a light and she manages to escape the evil clutches and make her way to Boston, the one place apart from home that she ever felt safe, and the young man who stole her heart when she was just 16.
For those who have read Life of Anna this will be a seamless slip into Sabrina's story as some of the characters make a return to help Sabrina understand that she's not only a young woman who loves nothing more than dancing ballet, she is a very powerful being who could be dangerous in the wrong persons hands.
This book is dark with paranormal, horror and the odd romance elements, so please heed the warning as it is definitely not for the faint hearted readers looking for a HEA.

Wow! Just Wow!!!
I think I might be wordless for the moment. It was so good to be reading another book by Marissa Honeycutt. I feel like it has been forever since Finding Sabrina Book 1 in the Finding Sabrina Series.
If you love “Dark Reads” then I would say this book and The Life of Anna are MUST READS! They are truly very very good books! Page Turners for sure! But, not for the faint of heart! These are pretty dark and detailed books to read!
Damian Sinclair is back! Sabrina doesn’t know who he really is and you will have to read this book to know what I mean. Master of My Heart is deliciously dark! Bad things happen to innocent’s like Sabrina. And, how she can take the things that happen to her I DON’T KNOW. Other than she is immortal.
I loved reading Master of My Heart and I hope that we don’t have to wait so long for the next book in this series. Although, I don’t have a choice about that. I just know that I will be waiting on pins and needles until Book 3 is out.
I loved the story, love reading this authors books and I give 5 “deliciously dark stars”.

Ahh! This story! I need more! But, it’s not just Chase and Sabrina that have captivated me this time, it’s everyone! The characters in this story are all so incredible. I love the Brotherhood. This story has many layers and many emotions. It’s complex, and disturbing at times, and makes you feel.
I love Chase and Sabrina’s connection! It’s so powerful. And master! I just don’t know how they are going to defeat him. I’m so anxious for the next book!
The writing is so good. It’s told in so much detail, and while there are some details you may not want, it really adds to the emotional aspect of the story. You grow with Sabrina, you feel everything she’s going through and continues to go through, her apprehension, her fears. You feel all of the characters and their emotional stock as well. There’s so much hope and love. Oh Chase, what a character we have here. He’s so understanding and will do everything he can to protect Sabrina.
This dark, compelling thriller will keep you riveted until the end! I can’t wait to get my hands on the next book!

Once again we are sucked into the insanity that is Sabrina's life.
Right after the carnage at the end of the last book, Sabrina tries to get back to safety. For a short time it seems as if she manages to lead a relatively normal life but all too soon her past rears its ugly head and she has to fight outside forces and her own twisted perception again.
Fortunately friends and colleagues gather around her and try to make sense of her strange reactions, her nightmares.
But even though they all try to help, the nightmare begins again.
Once again she is sucked into a maelstrom of cruel depravity.
Being rescued by Chase and his friends, she gains the protection of powerful allies and begins to learn about herself, about the forces that are protecting her and about the Brotherhood and their practices and expectations.
It seems as if the love story between Chase and Sabrina is finally able to begin to grow.

Having read Marissa Honeycutt's books before, and loving them, I knew this was going to be dark. I thought that having read Life of Anna that I could probably guess what was going to happen. But then I read the first installment of Sabrina's story. Then I read this one. I'm thinking that Anna might look at Sabrina and feel sorry for how hard she has it.
After being missing for 5 years, Sabrina managed to escape and has made it back to Boston. She wants to find Chase. It isn't until she gets to Boston when she realizes that maybe he's married, and she doesn't want to ruin his life. She'll just go try out for the ballet company and hope that she can stay away from Chase and his family.
Chase has spent the last several years trying to find Sabrina, but after so long, his hope has faded. But when he finds out that she's back in Boston, his hope flares.
I knew that this book was a serial, since that's how Marissa Honeycutt tends to write this particular world. However, that doesn't mean that I didn't want to curse her name at the end of the book. Poor Sabrina. I'm so devastated for her. I'm so angry for her. She's had to go through more things than any one person should. But, she's also a lot stronger than she thinks she is. I would love to see Anna get together with Sabrina and help her out a little because Anna is probably the only person living who could come close to understanding what's going on. Chase is a good and honorable man. I think that he's so good for Sabrina. She trusts him and I hope that she can let that trust carry her through.
The next entry in Sabrina's story cannot come soon enough for me.

Part 2 of a 4 part series you should definitely read part 1 in order to understand what's happening. Sabrina just wants to be normal but she is far from normal and reconnecting with her first love Chase just seems to make things more complicated for her when she discovers he is now part of The Brotherhood. If you've read Life of Anna series you will absolutely love this new story set in and around The Brotherhood. Some characters from LoA make an appearance and so bringing back all the emotions Marissa likes to evoke in her readers. I absolutely can't wait for book 3.

this series like Life of Anna series has completely captivated me I cussed ,I cried, and I laughed which when reading a dark erotica I expect to do. Marissa delivers a story you can't help but love, the characters Sabrina and Chase you'll find yourself routing for.
If you've read Anna then please please read Sabrina's story I promise you won't be disappointed

I’ve been eagerly awaiting Book Two in this series and it definitely was worth the wait. Once again it’s an extremely dark story crammed full of depravity but also of hope. It’s got everything, suspense, erotica, horror, supernatural forces and great main characters in Sabrina and Chase. I devoured it in two sittings, it would have been one but real life got in the way unfortunately! I can’t wait to read the next instalment in this amazing series.

Another amazing read by the talented Marissa Honeycutt.
I loved the life of Anna and it's great to go back into the world of the brotherhood and see some old friends. This is a completely different story and I'm loving it and the main characters just as much as I did with the life of anna. Well done Marissa for another amazing read and I'm sure what will be another amazing series when it's done.

OH, Marissa Honeycutt how I've missed thee!!
First of all, this is a dark book - very, very dark and depraved. Most of the harrowing BLACK scenes are told through memories, but we take a front row seat to these.
If you've read the Life of Anna series, by Honeycutt, then you will understand my above statement. You will also already have an understanding of the paranormal aspect of the Brotherhood, and the world that Finding Sabrina is rooted in. This does not mean that you need to read the other series, although they were fantastic books!
Sabrina is a young woman who has lived through unbelievable horrors, she is now learning to live her own life. This isn't without difficulty. Chase has his own secrets...but he's never stopped looking for Sabrina (swoon).
This story picks up from the crazy ending of part 1 and just never stops!
As per usual, I'm not giving anything away. I'm head over heels in love with Chase, my heart hurts for Sabrina, and I NEED to know what happens next.

Book 2 in Finding Sabrina series.
This story is going darker and darker at every chapter...it’s twisted but I love it.
You will be on the edge of your seat during the whole book. I was hooked and couldn’t put it down.
So many emotions are coming from it, it leaves you « dead »! It’s so unhealthy good!!!
The writing is perfect. Marissa has a way to make you feel like you are right there with the characters!!!
In this story, you get to know mor about Chase, a character I really like. My heart broke so many times for Sabrina too.

This spinoff from The Life of Anna is deliciously dark! It's a psychological trip filled with evil machinations and twisted desires. Sabrina wants to find her true self, but she's afraid of what she'll find and whether she'll be worthy. Vamar is up to no good, and Chase is just omg so good! I am quickly becoming invested in this series and need to see it through to the final conclusion!

This book will give you all the feels. Poor Sabrina still doesn't understand completely her role in things, or why she is the way she is. She feels like she doesn't deserve Chase, and that she's evil. Chase is afraid to introduce her fully to his world. As in most relationships, things could be so much better if they would just be open and honest with each other! But that's so hard to do. So we get this beautiful angst and heartbreak and confusion. It's really a great story! Lol!
