My experience with the whole office was excellent. I felt so cared for and highly recommend Dr. Mary Lee Amerian who is truly special at what she does. She treated me so kindly and Im definitely going back.

I love her & her office staff they are so friendly and very helpful every time I have called the office.
Dr Mary Lee is so kind and listens to my concerns & the first Dr that I have gone to that actually took the time to do procedure to figure out what was causing my ongoing problem I had for years I highly recommend Dr Mary Lee she is one of the best I have seen in the last 15 years

Dr. Amerian is a total pro; she has a wonderfully positive energy and is extremely knowledgable and efficient. Based on my visits the adage "you get what you pay for" definitely applies at her office- it is not cheap, and you get a very high quality patient experience for your money. She has also been great about trying to find the most cost effective ways to address my needs, as I'm currently on an interim insurance plan that doesn't cover general prescriptions and check-ups.

I won this month's "healthy skin giveaway" and received a complimentary facial with her in-house aesthetician Joanie, who is also amazing at what she does. She exudes a lovely, warm energy and went for it with the extractions, leaving my skin deeply cleansed, refreshed and smooth. One of the most enjoyable, effective facial treatments I've ever had. I'll be saving up for my next one!

Dr. Mary Lee American saw me for an embarrassing and unsightly dermatitis face rash. I am a performer under lights with cameras and makeup so it was very stressful. She first off is drop dead gorgeous ! Secondly SO NICE ! I immediately felt safe and comfortable she assured me I would be fixed up in no time--and sure enough I was ! She got me on a miracle cream and gentle face product line that within a week of use I was much better from using.
For ANY skin need I am confident her expertise and sensitivity gets the job done far exceeding any industry standard ! Consider yourself lucky if she is your doctor

Dr. Amerian and her nurses are all personable & great at what they do, however, I will not return because of the ill-tempered, Caucasian secretary. Felt very uncomfortable and disrespected after waiting over 40 minutes for my appointment, only told to be told the Dr. was busy and probably could not see me. After asking what I should do, she looked at me blankly and shrugged her shoulders. Said employee did not ONCE apologize for the huge inconvenience, express any sort of sympathy, or offer to pay for hefty parking fees accrued in wasting my time. The lack of professionalism she displayed was upsetting & I'm honestly saddened in the experience...a simple apology would have sufficed.

Dr. Mary Lee Amerian and Dr. George are my absolute favorite doctors that I've ever known. Dr. Amerian has been my doctor for so many years and she always has fixed my problem or concern with tenderness and empathy - and most of all - solutions! They have saved me from so many concerns and allergic reactions over the years, and I always felt like they actually cared for me as a person and not just a patient. I cannot say enough about this wonderful medical practice. They deserve only the best accolades -- and their staffs are professional and knowledgeable. It does not get any better than this.

I had a very dark and stubborn age spot on my cheek and Dr. George worked some magic and it's gone. So grateful! I did a LOT of research on the many types of lasers, how they work and which ones work best for sun damage bc there are so many different lasers and i didn't want to waste my time (or $) getting the wrong laser treatment. I chose Santa Monica Laser and Skincare Dermatology Center because they have the best (and most) lasers. And good thing because it took a couple of different lasers to remove the pigmentation. But I am SO pleased with the results. Thank you Dr. George!

Let's see,... I have been A patient of Dr. Amerian's for about 20 years. During that time I have never had a problem getting into see her she seems like she's always available . She is always kind and is probably the best dermatologist in Los Angeles. I was lucky to find her and my skin has benefited from her practice.

I can't rate Dr Amerian highly enough !!
I was somewhat nervous to see a dermatologist as I knew I had a lot of sun damage due to many years in the sun and often neglecting my skin,by often using little or no protection .
My concern was having not had a check up for over 10 years, what else she might find .
The only reason I decided to go at this time,was because I'd had this very dark spot on my arm and was concerned it might be a melanoma .
As soon as I walked into her lovely office,which was extremely nice, I automatically had a good feeling and felt confident, I'd made the right choice !!!
Dr Amerian made me feel so at ease knowing I was anxious . She was understanding,caring and above
all so extremely Knowledgeable and efficient .
She did a full thorough body check..I then had to have some biopsies and a cyst removed ..with her brother
Dr George Anterasian who also,i can't rate highly enough .
Fortunately it wasn't a melanoma !!!
His assistant Amanda and Dr Amerians assistant and everyone at reception were wonderful and so friendly .
I had to take the time to write this review as I feel truly blessed to have both Dr Amerian and George Anterasian as my doctors ..
I intend to now have regular check ups every 6 months and Start taking more care of my skin .. Although I was extremely anxious both Dr American and Dr Anterasian made this experience so much easier for me ..
I only wish there more doctors like them !

Let me start by telling you that I have struggled with acne for at least 15 years now. I have tried every lotion, potion, medication. Nothing worked. Past doctors have always given me antibiotics that just hurt my stomach and weakened my immune system.

After years of disappointment my friend recommended I give it one more shot with a new doctor. I agreed but before even making an appointment I decided I would write Dr. Amerian Lee a letter with my history, thoughts and concerns. She responded promptly and I made an appointment the next day. When I arrived the entire staff was lovely- a fresh breath of air. They treated me with kindness and attentiveness.

When I went in to meet the doctor she remembered who I was and listened to my concerns. We came up with a plan and it worked! Dr. Amerian Lee is a great doctor because aside from her extensive knowledge in medicine she also treats her patients like human beings. She truly cares and truly listens. She is the first Dermatologist that was able to take me off antibiotics and put me on a more suitable medication. I am taking spironolactone for acne and it is working. Aside from the medication her products are great. She did not try to sell me on any of them. In fact gave me samples because she knew I was on a budget. This is a doctor that cares. I highly recommend her she is an expert in her field, beautiful and kind!
