PROPOSAL INFORMATION

Submission should include a title (12 word maximum), abstract (100 word maximum), proposal description (1500 word maximum). To elevates collegial thinking for equity-driven leadership all proposal descriptions should clearly indicate:
• Target population for the session
• Major aspects of the session
• Context or motivation for the session
• Possible solutions or opportunities for collaborative partnerships to improve the
access, opportunity, and/or achievement possibilities

We ask that proposed content be unbiased, informational and non-sales-oriented. A moderator will be assigned to each strand to introduce the topic and facilitate the summary discussion.

Please describe—or list—the outcomes with which you hope the audience members will leave the session—i.e., the “takeaways.”

PLEASE NOTE

By submitting a proposal, you agree to:
• Be an active CAPEA Member. If you are not currently a member, you agree to become a
member if the proposal is accepted.
• Inform your co-presenters about the proposal’s status and the need for all presenters to
be CAPEA members.

If you wish to participate fully in the conference, you must also register for the conference to ensure inclusion in the conference proceedings. Registration includes breakfast and lunch, raffles, networking and fun! The deadline for pre-registration is August 23, 2019, take advantage of the discount pricing.
