It doesn't worth the money, their prices are much higher than other apps. Also they offer discounts and after booking found that all options included in the original package are excluded and I need to pay for it. Moreover, most of the time the app shows no available slots which means mostly the package will expire without benefit from the package I paid for . This is totally fraud

I'll give it a 4-star rating due to the excellent service, on-time car washes, and polite staff. However, I hope to see more affordable exterior-only car wash options in the future to cater to different needs and potentially lower package prices.

They rescheduled my appointment that I had booked two days earlier WITHOUT informing me. When I contacted customer service, they said: no biker is available on the time you chose!!!! If I didn't activate the notifications, I would never know that they changed the appointment and they will deduct the charges.. I will finish the packeage's remaining washes then I will uninstall the app. غيروا الموعد اللي كنت حاجزته من يومين وبدون ما يتواصلون معي. لو ما كنت مفعله الاشعارات ما كان دريت وكان خصموا.
