Position Overview
* Position: P/T, 27.5 hours per work week. Or six hours a day with a 1/2 hour lunch.; 184 days a year.
* Medical Benefits: No.
* Sick Leave Benefits: Yes, up to 10 days per year, which carry over from year-to-year.
*Other Leave: Leave without pay may be requested.
* Bereavement Leave: Yes. Up to three days paid leave for immediate family only.
* Schedule: Daily schedules vary.
* Job Requirements: High school diploma or more and the ability to meet job requirements. Additional certification(s) and experience working with students and teaching are preferred. Some position require specialized training which the district will provide.
* Pay: Annual salary is dependent upon certification and ranges from $10,120 for a high school diploma to $14,245 for a standard teacher certificate. Additional compensation may be provided for specialized positions.
* Age Levels: Preschool to Third Grade
* Duties: Duties vary depending upon your placement. We have 1:1 aides who work with students who have significant needs. We also have classroom aides that support learning. Aides may also be assigned to students during non-instructional times. Aides may be transferred depending upon need.
