Dear Family-
We know how important it is to connect with your loved one during these challenging times. We’ve set up Skype and FaceTime systems at our Wesley Woods home so that you can connect face-to-face with your loved one.
Here are the instructions:
Schedule an appointment time to Skype or FaceTime by emailing the respective contact for the floor where your elder resides:
2nd floor elders: Farrah Jerome at fjerome@agrhodes.org
3rd floor elders: Heidi Roy at hroy@agrhodes.org
4th floor elders: Judd Conwell-Strong at jstrong@agrhodes.org
Appointments can be scheduled weekdays between noon and 6:00 p.m. and last 15 minutes. When emailing, please indicate your preferred date and time and whether you will be using Skype or FaceTime to connect. You will receive an email to confirm your scheduled date and time.
At the time of your appointment, use the instructions below depending on if you will be using Skype or FaceTime.
Skype Instructions:
- Ensure your camera is enabled on your computer, or that you have an external camera set up on your computer.
- When logged into your Skype account (and if you don’t have one, you can set one up for free at www.skype.com), send a friend request to the respective Skype usernames:
If your loved one resides on the 2nd floor, send the friend request to agrhodesww02
If your loved one resides on the 3rd floor, send the friend request to agrhodesww03
If your loved one resides on the 4th floor, send the friend request to agrhodesww01 or agrhodesww04
- An A.G. Rhodes care partner will make sure the Skype tablet is with your loved one and will assist with the connection.
