The bike itself is wonderful. Perfect for my granddaughter first big girl bicycle. I  Highly Recommend this bike it is well made also made in the USA.. My granddaughter loved it! . 
Now for the dislike.  it was a day late on shipping so I did not have it for her 7th birthday party. although I ordered it 2 weeks prior to the party. When it did finally show up the day of her birthday why we were at the party. And to my surprise the box was all damage. One of the pedals were sticking out of the box and was broken. So I call WM customer service on that Monday after 3o-40 minutes Walmart still would not do anything to replace the pedal or send another one. However, they did finally give me a discount of 10% (wow) which was eight dollars. Which did not even cover the price of the new set of the Folding Bike Pedals that was on the bike,nor did the store have them. So thanks to Amazon,  I was able to order a new set . They were $26 for the set Minus the $8 dollars credit from WM I was out-of-pocket $18 more . then she was finally able to ride her new bike 3 day after her birthday. Not 100% sure if it was Walmarts fault on the shipping or FedEx who they had deliver it. Either way i was very disappointed in both. Neither one would take responsibility. And as for a grandparent having your grandchildren ask you if you forgot her gift was , to see the look on her little face when she asked It was heartbreaking.

Wonderful bike/ Horrible customer service/

Bought this bike because of the color. Arrived and the box was damaged. Both reflectors were broken upon inspection. Once we got the bike together, which I had to google a how to seeing as the instructions included were terrible, the bike seat keep falling apart. We ended up super gluing the bike seat as it was an Easter present and we didn't have enough time to return for a new one. Front of the bike seat is also extremely crooked and uncomfortable. 
We bought two other bikes already assembled from Walmart and there were no issues with either of them.

Just Ok. Multiple parts broken

None of the protective pieces were still on the bike, damaged box. Graphics on the bike scraped and scuffed, paint wear already off rims… guess you get what you pay for but disappointed non the less

Extremely poor packaging

I thought it was a cute bike for the price. I got it for my 7 yo daughter for Christmas. She just started riding her bike with no training wheels and only rides up and down the flat street in front of our house. She's not rough on it, she doesn't do anything crazy on it, it's even stored in the house and never sits out in the weather. The plastic part of the peddle broke into two pieces this weekend. She's had it for less than 3 months and it's been winter.  I have never seen a bike do anything like this so quickly. She weighs about 65lbs. I can't figure out how this happened. There have been other issues with the seat not staying in position despite being tightened all the way. It's just a poor quality bike as it is broken and she hasn't even ridden it very many times.

Low quality materials

Besides it showing up looking like it was kicked around a football feild but that's a delivery problem not a product problem it's adorable but unfortunately we have to return ours because the seat won't stay in play it flips back as soon as anyone sits on it and it's horrible I'm hoping it's not anything to do with them all just ours

Not very happy

The inside of the rim had a very think tape to cover the spoke-nuts, which were very sharp.  Thus, each tube had multiple holes and needed to be fixed. I added Thicker Tape and correctly, to cover the spoke nuts...

Also, the gear doesn't work as is and needs major adjustments, as did the brakes. 
Unless you are a mechanic and have the tools and repair batches... don't buy this bike. Otherwise, nice looking bike, just nobody cared putting it together.

Very bad workmanship Both Tires has multiple leaks

I ordered this to replace a bike that wasn't the right size for my kid. Not only was the bike delivered late, with no reason or explanation. When it came today the package is completely destroyed, I open it and there are broken pieces all inside the box. I'll never be ordering anything from Walmart online again.

Received a destroyed bike.

The box was smashed and the reflector was broken off in the bix! Considering its all she asked santa for and i had it delivered b/c of transportation issues im highly disappointed!! they have no way to return the bike and get a replacement. do better walmart!

arrived damaged!

I ordered this bike two times.The first time, damaged box, wrong bike. Second time, damaged box and damaged bike (bent frame and missing a part). I blame this both on Walmart and FedEx. This was to be a gift for a young girl and both times, disappointed. Walmart needs to get it together, better care of the product that they package and ship.
