THIS is the hilarious moment a Dundee woman had to be rescued from a wheelie bin.

Hannah Laing went viral after sharing an online vid of her friends trapped in a green bin outside their home in Dundee.

Hannah said: "Really don't know what’s wrong with my pals just woke up to this in Claire’s Snapchat hahahahahahaha."

In the short vid, the Dundee woman can be heard shouting for help after appearing to have toppled upside down into the bin.

An elderly man then has to come to retrieve the woman by tipping the bin upside down as she shouts "please help, I'm claustrophobic".

In the clip, the old man says: "You're no supposed to climb into my bin."

The woman then replies: "I am so sorry.  I just toppled over and fell in the bin."

Fortunately, the woman manages to get out of the bin before thanking her rescuer.

Followers were in stitches over the video, which has racked up more than 155,000 views online.

While another Twitter user said: "Oh my god, I can't stop watching this and laughing, totally made my day!"

And one follower added: "Looks like someone got trashed last night."

It comes after the monkey with the human expressions broke the internet last week.

The adorable video went viral - with thousands of people around the world watching the animal.
