Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers won’t rule out Lennart Thy swoop after being linked with VVV-Venlo striker

BRENDAN ROODGERS has refused to rule out making a move for VVV-Venlo striker Lennart Thy this summer.
SunSport reported earlier this week how Celtic scouts had watched the on-loan Werder Bremen star in action last weekend.
And the Hoops boss has refused to be drawn on the club's interest in Thy.
Speaking ahead of Celtic's clash with Hamilton this weekend, Rodgers said: "You have to plan forward.
"Every club is doing that. We've been doing it for a period of time now.
"Myself, Peter Lawwell and Lee Congerton have sat down and had our local and international scouts here to make sure we're focused in on what we're looking for in the summer.
"If there was (interest in Lennart Thy) I still wouldn't tell you.
"There is so much speculation around, and players I haven't even heard of sometimes. I think the game has already started linking players with clubs.
