K-5 students will need to sign up for a club. Please indicate below their choice as first, second, third in preference. Please understand that each club has limited capacity. Your child(ren) may not be placed in their first choice preference. Club selection is completed on a 'first come, first served' basis.  

REMINDER: AFTER SCHOOL TUTORIALS ARE MANDATORY. IF YOUR CHILD IS IN TUTORIALS,  PLEASE SELECT A CLUB CHOICE OFFERED ON A NON-TUTORIAL DAY.
