Responsibilities:
• Provide account management and maintain good rapport with customers to ensure attainment of sales objectives
• Plan for and execute sales response to industry, market, customer and competitive trend and actively discuss with Account Manager
• Monitor performance and against strategic plans and modify strategy and/or tactics accordingly on a monthly basis thru SER
• Proactively plan with Sales/Account Manager regarding planning & execution of plan
• Report market trends to Sales/Account Manager in support of sales strategy
• Apply market information to develop solutions within own sales area
• Study relevant clinical articles/information ( Product Features & Benefits ) to enhance knowledge and provide relevant advice to internal/external customer
Qualification:
• Diploma/Degree in Business Management
• Minimum 2 years sales experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales to hospital
• Experience in nursing (operating theater) an added advantage
• Good selling and interpersonal skills plus pleasant personality
• Strong focus to drive sales
• Excellent customer service, desire to acquire knowledge and drive to succeed
• Proficient in managing/handling objections (sales)
• Familiar with Sales Operation Processes.
• Highest level of integrity and ethical conduct
