I am passionate about the mental health and wellbeing of teens. If you like to walk or jog regularly, and would like to donate to this cause, please join the Love YogaBird Community team and we can go for it together. You can join my WhatsApp group where we share when we're heading out, or you can do it your way. I'm happy to guide some yoga too if you like! No rules, do whatever suits you best!
It's 28 miles in 28 days, one for each of the 28 Teenage Cancer Trust hospital units, where young people get the expert nursing and emotional support they need.
FAQ. I do the school run every day and walk more than a mile a day anyway, and I don't have to time to do raise sponsorship or do any more walks - please do join our team and donate, and get that warm glow from doing something good. No obligation to join up for more exercise! You can help by telling your friends about it!
FAQ. I've missed the start so does that mean I can't do it? You can join any time in May and count what you've already done so far. It's never too late!
FAQ. I don't live in Claygate, can I still join your team? Of course! We'll keep in touch, share photos and good walks, and support each other. We can do it together whether we live near each other or not.
