Bills Sign OT Jarron Jones, Place OT LaAdrian Waddle On Injured Reserve

The Bills announced Tuesday they’ve signed OT Jarron Jones and placed injured OT LaAdrian Waddle on injured reserve.

Waddle was signed by the Bills this offseason, but will miss the 2019 season with a torn quad injury.

Jones, 25, signed on with the Giants as an undrafted free agent out of Notre Dame back in May of 2017. The Giants were converting him from defensive tackle to offensive line, but waived him coming out of the preseason

Jones had stints on both the Seahawks and Cowboys’ practice squad and returned to Dallas on a futures contract for 2018. However, the Cowboys waived him a few weeks after thedraft and he returned to the Giants.

New York waived Jones during the preseason and he spent time with the Buccaneers, Redskins and finally the Lions on the practice squad before signing a 2019 futures deal in Detroit. The Lions waived him in May.

Jones has yet to appear in an NFL game.
