This is a solid translation, but it feels like it's made a bit awkward BECAUSE it's a little too literal to the original Japanese.
Otherwise, this translation is just sooo close to perfect, with a few weird quirks for the English reader. Some ideas needed recontextualizing, not just a translation.

Page 8: This is where it first started to show its awkwardness.
Instead of saying "I can't... such a thing...", we could've gone with "I can't... that's crazy!" or "I can't... that's too much..."
In Japanese, saying "such a thing" re-emphasizes the previous idea (like how over-the-top the girl is being) but sounds weird in English.

Page 9: I'd, personally, reorder the girl's caption.
Instead of "A pe... nis..." (which makes it look like she said "Ape...nis..."), I'd just leave "A" in the first part, then put "Pe..." and "nis..." in the second one, vertically. "Pe..." on top of "nis..."

Pages 22-25: The translation for the sound effects for the slapping was "Shupopop", which is closer to the original Japanese, but for English, shlicking or slapping sounds would have probably worked better.
I'd also change a "strange place" in page 22, into a "weird spot", to sound more colloquial.

Lastly, overall, I think a few translation liberties could have been taken to emphasize how naive the two kids are. The whole POINT of the story is their ignorance and discovery.
Specifically, page 18, when the girl gets off and the boy asks "did you just cum?" Using the word "cum" implies that he's more knowledgeable than he actually is.
Even if the original Japanese had the equivalent slang, I'd probably use "did you just pee?" to really drive home his naivete and innocence.

This was too long, but like I said, it was already close to being perfect. Do with my suggestions as you wish.
Either way, I really enjoyed the story of a girl's determination to see a penis.
