You'll be joining an independently owned recruitment business that has two offices in the UK and specialises in commercial recruitment (both temp and perm). It's a very forward thinking business and it's culture is what sets it apart from it's competitors. The business owner even gets involved in the recruitment themselves, and really does treat their employees with respect and the best care. You wont just be a bum on a seat here, and you wont be measured on ridiculous KPI's.
You'll meet all your candidates and clients, so you'll make a strong relationship from the get go - the right way to do recruitment!

This is based in their Manchester office which is bang in the centre - amongst all the best bars/restaurants and shops! They're a fun and sociable bunch that enjoy celebrating a drink (or two) at the end of the week!
If you have a minimum 8 months experience in recruitment - ideally in the private sector, then I want to hear from you.
You'll earn a basic depending upon your experience plus an impressive commission structure with NO threshold - as well as you'll enjoy team monthly/quarterly and annual incentives that includes a trip abroad!
You wont be in the office past 5.30pm either - so you can still enjoy your evenings and be able to have a greater work life balance!
