Long before there was a mouse, there was a man and his dream.

If there is anything our founder, Walt Disney, taught us, it’s that unrelenting curiosity and inquisitiveness can transform into magic… and it’s the magic that stems from his dream that our thousands of cast members carry out each and every day.

And now it’s our turn to make their dreams come true.

We’re introducing Disney Aspire, a new, groundbreaking 100 percent tuition-paid education investment program designed with one thing in mind: our hourly cast members. Launching this fall for eligible U.S.-based hourly full-time and part-time Disney cast members and employees, this program is truly unlike any other. With an initial investment of $50 million and up to $25 million annually, Disney will pay for tuition upfront, making it even easier for cast members to take the first step. This program also gives Cast the opportunity to enroll in a variety of online courses across a network of schools. Take a look at what’s in store:

As Walt once said: We keep moving forward, opening new doors, and doing new things, because we’re curious and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths… and we can’t wait to see what paths our cast members take with Disney Aspire.
