Taste of the Valley Registration Form

Please fill in your application completely and please state what items you will be selling. If another exhibitor turns in their form before you and wishes to sell the same products, you will be notified. Please note that preference will be given to group that makes payment first. We will send you an email link that will have a list of items that have been taken.

YOU WILL STILL NEED TO SUBMIT HARD COPY REGISTRATION FORM WITH PAYMENT BY DEADLINES ON INFORMATION SHEET

Smoking and alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited on school campus.

There will be no refunds, Taste of the Valley will be held, rain or shine.

Food booth (limited to 3 main dishes/entrees and 3 side dishes); no duplication of main dishes/entrees with other vendors allowed; no limit to the number of vendors selling baked goods; ONLY NPAC WILL BE ALLOWED TO SELL REGULAR BOTTLE AND CANNED DRINKS; the event committee reserves the right to make the final decision on what can and what cannot be sold
