"You Choose" the charity

The SHORROCK Brothers are running for a charity again.
MAN vs LAKES
July 20th 2019 ... 30 plus miles 4000ft Sea sand lakes fells and a few obstacles they call fun.
We will enter the Lake District  with an audacious and surreal crossing of the quicksands of Morecambe Bay, before heading north through mountainous country on a rollercoaster running route that brings us to the foot of England’s most famous Lake. Windermere. We then proceed higher into the hills and forests of the area and then immerse into the Lake itself, tackling short wades, swims,* slides, jumps and an amazingly bold floating assault course.
A trademark Man Vs “Vertical Kilometre” will push those quads to breaking point and help us rack up a whopping 4200ft of ascent before we psych ourselves up for a “Swallows and Amazons” rope swing suspended from a crane. A final push takes us further in to the heart of Lakeland for a serene kayak loop on Lake Coniston just before we finish ... Depending on the tides and our crossing on the sands we will cover 30+ miles.
 
So while me and Dan have chose to push andtest ourselves again we are  going to try and help people who have had no choice ...
 
Every £2 sponsee will have a raffle ticket entered into a draw.
