Honestly I have had this app for years and never had to use it. I was on the verge of uninstalling it a few months ago....

Luckily I didn't.

We got defaced by someone with theme level access via a Marketing Agency, and BackupMaster helped us get back to yesterday's version of our theme. I'm so grateful. Saved me countless hours trying to get back to where we were.

Very happy with this app, it's simple to install and use, and gives us peace of mind that our data is now backed up (especially in the absence of Shopify having this functionality).

Alex was very helpful checking that the set up was done correctly, and this app works in the background with no need for any user intervention.

Not cheap, but worthwhile.

Although I can't verify the features as a long-term user since I'm testing it, it has performed great with the backups I've tried so far. It's very nicely designed without bugs and issues. I would recommend it for stores that need backups to protect content.
