Job description

We are an agile software development house based in Gdańsk, one of the most innovative cities in Poland, on the shores of the Baltic Sea. We are a team of highly educated and experienced software engineers. We have successfully finished plenty of complex projects in the field of freight forwarding.
And we enjoy what we do.

We are looking for a Node.js Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Currently we are working on GPS tracking system using by our Scandinavian client and look for new team member well experienced with JavaScript (NodeJS) and DevOps mindset. If you want to have a real impact on what you are doing and work under innovative projects, it is the place for you!

Responsibilities

  • Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic
  • Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
  • Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
  • Implementation of security and data protection

Skills And Qualifications

  • Mid or senior level development experience in NodeJS
  • Using experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure
  • Knowledge and practices in micro-service based software solution
  • Hands on development experience with Docker or Kubernetes
  • Using Agile development practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must have a strong work ethic, love the work, and be able to handle multiple projects at once
