A one-of-a-kind diver training program at the California Institution for Men (CIM) in Chino develops character and leads to high paying jobs, said industry professionals and former inmates attending a ceremony Wednesday for the program’s newly remodeled training center. 

It was founded in 1970 by a successful businessman who believed in giving prison inmates a second chance through productive work.
