Stevens Claims 2019 Men's Lacrosse Regular Season Title as E8 Tournament Field is Announced

The 2019 Empire 8 Conference Men's Lacrosse Championship will run through top-seeded Stevens as the Ducks have earned the right to host each game in which they play in this year's conference tournament. Stevens finished the regular season with a perfect 8-0 mark in league play to claim the top spot and earn the regular season title
This year's tournament will take place this coming Wednesday - Saturday, May 1 and May 4. For the complete schedule of this year's E8 Men's Lacrosse Chapionship, please see below.

Top-seeded Stevens finished the regular season with a record of 15-2 overall, including their perfect 8-0 mark in E8 league play. The Ducks have won 12 straight games heading into this year's tournament. They'll take on Nazareth in one Semifinal matchup on Wednesday afternoon as the Golden Flyers (5-3 in E8 play) earned the No. 4 seed in this year's championship after a key regular season finale win against Alfred earlier today.
St. John Fisher (7-1 in league play) earned the No. 2 seed and will take on Hartwick in the other Semifinal game Wednesday afternoon.
The winner of this weekend's tournament will earn the conference's automatic qualifying bid to the NCAA Tournament and advance to the 2019 NCAA Men's Lacrosse Tournament.
