Job description
At Stepwise, Warsaw based software house that specialize in Data Analytics and Cloud Solutions we are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer that would like to become one of our Tech Lead and Architect in the Frontend Team. We are a company that would like to promote servant leaders roles towards the Developers’ team. Also, our mindset is strongly Developer oriented and what’s more important we believe in constant education and technology discovery. However, the most important asset from your side will be strong technical skill set and commercial experience in React or Vue.

Our primary expectations:
- Excellent knowledge in React
- Advanced knowledge in at least one of the following tech: Vue.js, Angular, Svelte
- Experience in Software Architecture Design
- Setting up new projects
- Contact with our Clients
- Impact on our company culture and the way of working
- Knowledge of Agile software development (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
Nice to have:
- Pre-sales activities sporadically
- Internal Tech talks organization
- Willing to contribute to Open Source
- Willing to write tech articles on our Blog
- Internal R&D contribution
- Meetups and Conferences attendance
- Participate in Recruitment process
- Willing to assist our CEO in sales activities
