As well as the reveal of The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening's utterly adorable Link amiibo set to release this September, Nintendo has shared details surrounding some more of the Smash Bros. amiibo line.
Release dates have now been provided for Snake, Ivysaur, Squirtle, Incineroar, Simon, Chrom, Dark Samus and Richter. Phew. We've got all of the dates you need right here:
- 20th September: Snake, Ivysaur and Squirtle
- November: Incineroar, Simon and Chrom
- 2020: Dark Samus and Richter
As you're probably aware, every single fighter appearing in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is set to receive its own amiibo. As such, expect to find amiibo of both Dragon Quest's 'The Hero' and Banjo-Kazooie in the future.

Looks like September is the new December!
I've kind of fallen off the amiibo bandwagon, but I can make an exception for Dark Samus! I already have the Fire Emblem Chrom amiibo so I dunno...maybe I'll get him just to keep my Fire Emblem collection complete.

That means four (or more) of the Dragon Quest Hero character? Ouch. My poor wallet. So happy to be getting some DQ amiibo though.
Well, at least now I know when I’ll get my Chrom amiibo. Ordered it almost a year ago, and thought it was already out by then.

Considering that 4 Dragon Quest Heroes were shown to be in Smash, I guess it's safe to say we'll get a DQ amiibo 4-pack.

They all say this but then again they want someone else to buy for them. If they didn't really want it why whine and complain. Actions speaker louder then words. Those whom could care less don't talk about not getting Amiibos or talk about Amiibos.
@SwitchForce I think you completely misunderstood my comment. It's clear that I want them, but I don't need them. I have so many already. I never asked anyone to buy them for me, and if I get them, I will buy them myself.
@Heavyarms55 Just using the lines you had to point out that there are those whom put down Amiibos because they Amiibos and are collector's value. It wasn't intended that you were the case but saying it's a tiring line to hear those whom don't see the value that Amiibos have for those whom likes and collects them. I myself have more or less gotten most of them and the new releases coming out. So I for one get them as they will become more Scalper prices and harder to find unless reproduced but that is only because Smash came out and I doubt if that wasn't the case they wouldn't make more of the Older Amiibos for us.
