Technical Lead (Dubai) (offline)

In your role, you will mentor a solid team of developers that are working with the latest technologies. This means closures, CI, immutables, npm, team leadership, technical specification management, and table football are in your first vocabulary.

On a daily basis, you will manage a team, perform thorough code reviews, improve processes, create or approve technical specifications and consult internal and external teams. You are a team player, who loves interacting with people as much as solving complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Must be expert coder
Being an Agent of Change and do not settle with status quo.
Experience in coaching and mentoring a minimum of 5 team members in your previous role.
Solid knowledge of SDLC, documentation and agile practices
Finding and attracting talents with unique traits.
Fostering a strong culture of customer empathy, encouraging the team to focus on solving customer problems.
Continuously refining the team's ability to set clear priorities.
Maintaining high standards with respect to technical design, code quality, testing, and documentation.
Driving continuous improvement for better tools and processes to improve overall team efficiency

Proven track records of managing large-scale changes and instilling new engineering practices
7+ years Software Engineering work experience
4+ years second line people management experience
4+ years of agency experience
Proven track records in owning and delivering software projects end-to-end.
Able to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
Excellent communication skills, Innovative thinking, and can-do spirit.
