Build Coffee is a coffee shop and bookstore in the Experimental Station. Located on Blackstone Ave, you can grab a bite and a beverage, along with Publican Bakery breads and pastries! You can pre-order bread for Saturday pick up.

Bike a Bee is an urban beekeeping project on the south side of Chicago. They bike to their hives, and bottle honey according to which garden it’s from, so be sure to check the label! Their honey is never heated, micro-filtered, or mixed with anything.

Ellis Family Farms is a small, sixth generation farm verified in Michigan’s Agriculture Environmental Assurance Program (MAEAP). Each week they offer a variety of fresh picked fruit and veggies from their 60-acre farm. Their philosophy is “you take care of the land because it in turn takes care of you.”

Faith’s Farm is dedicated to raising heritage and endangered livestock. All her livestock is raised the old fashion way: on free-range pasture that is not chemically treated. She follows organic and humanely raised practices. Each week, she offers a variety of pork, beef, eggs, and body care products.

Gorman Farm Fresh Produce are fifth-generation farmers growing vegetable crops on 11 acres in Monee, IL. They are dedicated to following Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) for growing and producing without compromising or disrupting the environment for future generations. Pre-orders accepted thru Fridays at 10am on their website.

Joe’s Blues! It is fresh blueberry season and you know what that means! Home to those oh-so-sweet high bush blueberries that they proudly grow naturally—using only organic practices. Along with berries, they sell juice, kombucha, body products, and more!

Karl’s Craft Soup serves comforting, soul satisfying flavor with every spoonful. They proudly source ingredients from local farms.

Lemaster Family Kitchen (LFK) is all about quality handmade products to simplify and elevate your home cooking. They grind their chilies and root vegetables from the largest possible pieces of restaurant quality ingredients.

Cyrano’s On The Go Chef Didier’s motto is “Good food makes people happy.” He has been making people happy with his delicious cooking in Chicago for more than 20 years. You will find an assortment of french soups, bread, meals, spreads and more at his stand each week. He is also a personal chef, cooking for parties, weddings, and events.

Mick Klug Farms focuses on providing sustainably farmed, hand-harvested, quality fresh fruit and vegetables. First established in the 1930s, the farm has grown to 120 acres and is committed to sustainable agriculture and promoting locally grown produce. Mick Klug Farm is MAEAP Environmentally verified for their cropping and farmstead systems.

The Urban Canopy works to make healthy produce accessible to all, reduce the miles fresh food travels, keep food waste out of landfills, and create and maintain local jobs. Each week, they bring a variety of homemade pickled vegetables, salsas, and jams, along with fresh vegetables and mushrooms from their two-acre farm located in Englewood.

Montelimar Bread serves freshly baked pastries and breads ranging from focaccia to ciabatta. Based in Evanston, they are currently focusing on wholesale and Farmers Markets. In the new future, they plan on opening a retail store.

Stamper Cheese’s cheese slinger Danny has been vending at the stamper booth at our market since 2008! Cheese curds, parmesan, aged cheddar, fresh herb jacks, the best mozzarella string cheese on the planet, fresh mozzarella, they got it all. We want to break ground on our creamery.

Yoberri Gourmet offers ice cream and frozen yogurt handmade with love right here in Chicago. They source organic produce from local farmers to use in their seasonal flavors. Each pint is handcrafted in small batches, with 10 - 12 pints in a batch! To create more customer influenced flavors throughout the season!

Quarter Mile Sauce Runnin’ Hot takes pride in producing high quality, complimentary condiments for any type of food. Quarter Mile Sauce (hot sauce) is made from all-natural ingredients with no added preservatives and low sodium content. Mint Creek Farm is an organic-pasture based livestock & poultry farm that raises premium, grass-fed meats for the Chicago area. Since 1992, the Carr family have utilized biodynamic, organic methods on 220 acres to raise sheep, cows, pigs, goats, turkeys, chickens, and ducks.

Star Farm Chicago is an urban farm that seeks to increase accessibility and affordability of locally grown organic produce through their mobile farm stand, farmers markets and by providing local jobs, job training, and business incubation for adults with developmental disabilities and employment barriers, engaging youth through our Children’s Community Garden Program, hosting community events, and fostering a safe, green space for all.

Supreme Bean Pie has been around since the 1960’s. Their delicious treat is baked fresh on the south side of Chicago. A portion of all proceeds goes to independent education. They offer a healthy option for a sweet and delicious treats in individual and family sizes!
