We provide professional, group fitness formats virtually with a group of amazing trainers designed to help you reach and maintain your health and fitness goals all from the comfort of your own home. Check out our 4- 6 week programs and get started today.

For 5 dollars a week you receive:

Smart High 1ntensity Functional Training for all fitness levels. Use your bodyweight as the tool to develop speed, balance and agility. You'll build athletic fitness as you sweat through simple progressions that work for all fitness levels.

Strength & conditioning to build a strong and healthy body. L1FT utilizes weights to sculpt lean muscles and turn you into a fat burning machine long after the workout is over. Smart, safe and progressive movements ensure no fitness level is left behind. (Barbells, dumbells, plates, needed)

Kick Boxing

AMP Core Combat

8:00-8:55am

It’s the ultimate MMA-inspired workout that will knock out the belly fat, help slash inches off your waist and carve total body definition. Each move, whether it’s a jab, kick or uppercut, works your core from every angle. It’s more effective than traditional abdominal training to help you tighten up your entire midsection and carve a more defined waist. In “rounds”, you’ll get Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai knee-elbow combinations, body weight training and cardio spikes – all designed to help you lose the belly and shred body fat. No matter what your fitness level, you can punch, kick and sweat at your own pace

Intense Training

AMP Fit Camp

2:00-3:00pm

AMP FIT Camp will inspire you to get more fit, stronger and lose weight. This program focuses on all components of exercise including total body strength, muscle endurance and cardio segments. You will enjoy a variety of different workout styles such as High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Tabata and so much more! AMP Fit Camp is a total body workout and will help burn fat and increase your metabolic rate. Each class is a bit different to add variation to your workout routine and to help avoid plateaus. (dumbells and mat needed)
