GLOBAL STARTUP WITH HUGE USER BASE IS HIRING!
We are Lightpixel, the Google Launchpad accelerator programme finalists, and we managed to create 2 great apps for Android markets: the Photo & Picture Resizer app has currently over 10 million downloads in Google Play with 4,6 rating, and the Panda Video app had over 300 000 downloads in the first 5 months with 4,6 score. Since we are hungry for more we are looking for the first ever developer to join the team.
We are looking for an Android Developer who is ready to participate in creating products that affect the lives of millions of people around the world, and into getting to know the mobile app development from the product creation perspective.
What will you do:
- Master Android app making and learn to find and fix bugs that no one else would be able to find.
- Influence the process of creating our apps and choosing the right software to do so
- Communicate with our users (via email) to help them solve the problems with the app and answer their questions. Our Clients are the best QA dept we could ever ask for!
- Be the first permanent hire ever in fast-growing startup aiming to achieve more cool things in the future
Who you are:
- Your programming skills are on the kickass level
- You achieved mastery with Android SDK tools
- Your English skills are enough to read this job posting and enough to have a proper email conversation with our users
- You are open to learning new things and happy to share your knowledge with the audience (even if it’s just one programmer in the same room with you)
- You are proactively sharing your ideas with peers, and you are always looking forward to participating in brainstorms to invent something EPIC.
Nice to have:
- Experience with video and photo processing
- You know more about code review and pair programming than what you just read on the Wikipedia page
